We are so pleased to announce that our Restaurant Tayac is moving to the Domaine de La Citadelle in Ménerbes!
We were lucky enough to get to know Yannick and Valérie Panagiotis as customers at the restaurant in Coustellet. They are an inspiring couple who are determined to bring this exceptional estate to life all year round. Our gratitude to them is immense; we thank them infinitely for their confidence in this project.
While we wait for the work to be completed (scheduled for April), we will be offering you an ephemeral Tayac Restaurant in an intimate room on the estate (a real cocoon!), open for lunch only from Monday to Friday from Monday 29th of January. Evenings are reserved for private events requests or Private chef services.

Dear Customers,
Here we are in the last month of the year, and what another year it’s been! The results are more than positive. Despite our new formula, you have continued to support us, to accompany us from near and far. What a success!
You can’t imagine what this means to us and the boys. We’re so grateful for your goodwill and loyalty, and today it’s more than fitting to reveal the next chapter in our adventure: in 2024, Restaurant Tayac will be leaving Coustellet, but not the Luberon!
We’ve been presented with an incredible opportunity. Rest assured, there’s more to come.

In the meantime, the restaurant is due to close on Friday 15 December (last service in Coustellet). If we don’t get a chance to meet up again before then, you can be sure that we’ll be meeting up again very soon for a great culinary experience, full of conviviality.

Margaux and Nicolas it is a beautiful love story.

Considering their respective backgrounds, how they met and the unforgettable experiences they shared together, the idea of opening a restaurant together was an obvious one. After 3 years in New Zealand, they chose to settle in the Luberon, which shares with New Zealand an exceptional quality of life, rich and abundant agriculture, not to mention a very high quality wine.

Ever since he was a child, Nicolas always wanted to open his own restaurant. It was his absolute dream ! And for Margaux, opening a restaurant with Nicolas was a personal and professional achievement. In January 2019, the restaurant Tayac first open in Coustellet, where in 5 years, the restaurant will have a large success. They both are so passionate. They make sure that your experience is unique.



Nicolas is a true passionate !
As a child, Nicolas loved following his grandfathers into the vegetable garden, picking fruit, vegetables and even aromatic herbs! He would then put on his apron and help his grandmothers to prepare the dishes of Nice and Malta in beautiful copper saucepans. With its Mediterranean and international influences, Nicolas’ cuisine is generous, colourful and gourmet.
