Nicolas and cookery, a lifelong love affair!

Nicolas grew up helping his granddad in the family’s vegetable garden. From collecting fruits, vegetables and herbs, he would then step in his granny’s kitchen to help with the cooking, learning the art of Nicoise and Maltese cuisine in her lovely copper pots.

Mixing Mediterranean and international flavors, Nicolas’s cuisine is sun ripe, fragrant and delicious. His motto: Use locally sourced fresh ethical produce of the day and season.

The restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2pm (last order time)

Evenings are reserved for Nicolas’ Home Cooking service and for any type of privatization at the restaurant
